Das Frühstücksangebot gern etwas vielfältiger, z. B. etwas Schnittlauch, Petersilie oder Dill.
Nicht jeden Tag das Einheitsfrühstück. Ansonsten sind alle Mitarbeiter sehr sehr flink und
entgegenkommend.

Excellent ratio quality, size, location. I would only add a little/minor comment : the apartment is big and extremely well equipped. However, I would definitively suggest to consider adding an iron and iron board in the room. It will ease the travelers, even if there is laundry room located -1.
