Excellent ratio quality, size, location. I would only add a little/minor comment : the apartment is big and extremely well equipped. However, I would definitively suggest to consider adding an iron and iron board in the room. It will ease the travelers, even if there is laundry room located -1.

I'm the sort of traveler who wants comfort, quiet, and convenience. I can't think of a better place for me to stay. If you're looking for room service and brand new furnishings, this is not the place for you. But if you want a comfortable haven in the center of town with lovely (and virtually invisible) service, you can't do better than this.
