Nice hotel and views. there are sime bus stop 500mts approx that you can take bus 22 and be after few stop at Central Station.

Dirty towel - dirty room ( spider web)- no slipper - no ear buds

Dear Guest,

It's sad to read your stay was this bad. For environmental reasons we choose not to give slippers and earbuds as it would be one time usage.
The towel and spider web we could have helped you with by replacing or get you a different room. I'm sad to see we were not given the chance.
please with any visit in a hotel allow staff to redeem themselves by giving feedback on the spot.

Schön eingerichtetes u. saubere Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Leckeres Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. Sehr freundliches Personal. Einziges Manko war die nicht ganz saubere Bettwäsche.

Der erste Eindruck ist die Rezeption: hier läuft es NICHT! Falsche Aussagen, die Personen an der Rezeption wirken nicht fachkundig und schon gar nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel entsprechend - für ein Hostel sicher ausreichend

Ein netter Empfang und toller zuvorkommender Service beim Frühstücksbuffet.
