I loved the place and the room views.

It was Alright, but the breakfeest was very boring,

Found it really hard carrying suitcases up and down the stairs , why no lifts ,even a luggage lift would have been better than nothing .I got the impression you would prefer younger age group.

Great location near Paddington station! Room very, very small. Couldn't open the door without touching the "wardrobe" with it. Carpet very old and not that clean. Didn't want to stand on it with bare feet. We needed an earlier breakfast time on two days, but even I asked several times, it did not work and my students had to eat their breakfast in 5 mins.
Breakfast was very small, no cheese or anything NOT sweet to put on the bread. Students asked for waffles, but did not get them.
If groups come to the Shakespeare Hotel with a travel organization, there should be a conversation between the organization and the hotel to make sure that there is no clash between the booked activities and the breakfast time in the hotel.

The room was quite small but all the other elements were good.

Very good service from the personal. Near the underground and big rooms was nice also. Very old and small bathroom did that we was a little disapointed with the room.

L'accueil, le service, le personnel et la localisation de l'hôtel sont vraiment très biens. Mais le matelas est horrible, on ne peut pas dormir (mal au dos) et se reposer de nos belles journées de visites correctement. L'isolation phonique entre les chambres est assez mauvaise aussi. De ces faits, le tarif est trop élevé... C'est dommage car le personnel est très pro et très sympa ! J'en garde tout de même un bon souvenir.

I really liked the location near Paddington Station. Service Staffs were nice and supportive.
