Je suis très content de mon séjour ( 1 janvier au 19 janvier) dans votre établissement. Dommage, le sable devrait être un peut plus fin. Manques aussi de poubelles sur la plage. Si j'ai l'occasion de revenir une fois à Maurice, je reviendrai dans votre hôtel

When it rains hard, the whole hotel got flooded. Horrible infrastructure.

Tres bon sejour , personnel tres gentil et serviable. Mais beaucoup de bruit a cause d’un restaurant a proximite.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant, la chambre propre et bien décorée. Le seul petit défaut à mon avis c’est le coin buffet qui est un peu restreint et mériterait d’être élargi pour éviter les embouteillages. Merci

The food at breakfast was nothing further, queue for coffee every day. The bread was old and chewy.
Some days it was not uncovered and no cutlery on the tables.
It would open at 7am but then there were no staff there and only half of the food was served. Some food was labeled wrong, then allergies can be a problem.

Some days there was no à la carte, so we had to pay the buffet.
This we should have been informed about, Christmas and New Year where we were forced to buy the buffer which became very expensive, in addition we do not eat meat and then the selection became even smaller.

the staff was very nice but had to work very much, thinks that the management can bring in more staff at holidays so that the work burden does not get too much.

Excellent service from staff. Always willing to help and advise. Pleasant friendly manner. Highly recommend the free glass bottom boat trip, Very clear and informative talk from the “captain”.
