Le Personnel Est très gentil et accueillant! Les soirées organisées sont très agréables mais peut être que les gens étaient intimidés pour rejoindre la piste de danse il aurait fallu aller les chercher et les inviter à venir danser pour mettre l’ambiance! Et mettre plus d’énergie à les motiver! Le buffet est décevant car manque de variétés et de fruits, avec les moucherons qui virevoltent autour, je n’ai pas aimé!

Gut geführtes Haus. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angemessen. Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels.

très bonne expérience pour une 1ère à l'ile Maurice, service irréprochable de l'accueil jusqu'au bar en passant par la cuisine et le coin activité. Jolie plage, coin baignade un peu restreint, cuisine de bonne qualité. Petit conseil : proposer l'activité pêche au lancer ou à la canne gratuitement pour pécher dans le lagon, faible coût d'investissement et beaucoup de plaisir à prendre pour le client .

The staff went out of their way to make our stay special and memorable. Nothing was too much trouble; and you could see they loved their jobs. The beach and watersport facilities were phenomenal. The only area that needs serious attention is the quality of food. We felt that the food was not of a high standard; and the drinks - particularity the wine; was not at all pleasant. If this could be addressed; you'd have the most amazing little hotel!

We had a nice experience at Veranda. Staff was very friendly, the room was alright. The only thing, we had booked a sea view room but the plants blocked the view and we could only see a tiny piece of the sea. I would call that type of room partial sea view (room 811).
The food was not the best, but we could always find something tasty to eat.

Ok! Third visit and must say our last. Issues that I raised 4 years ago still outstanding and this time every visit to the restaurant was a mission. Breakfast was issues with toast, trying to get clean mugs (well clean anything to be honest) and as we ate breakfast at different times it certainly can't be that it was busy. 7.00am - no hot water!!! If things can't be ready for 7.00am - open later just don't mess people around. Dinner was issues with getting drinks! If attention was paid to detail, this could be an amazing hotel, unfortunately for the few staff (who aren't managers) who are amazing and go the extra mile, there are at least two slackers with a bad attitude who just don't care. Lastly I object to a group tip system. You tip when you receive good service. By adopting this system, the slackers will never learn to work hard and adapt their attitude as they are making money off the backs of their colleagues. We work hard for our money and holidays are important to us, that being said, I don't want to have to chase items in a restaurant when I'm away supposedly relaxing. Thank you for the friends that we have met over the years but frankly enough is enough
