I was extremely happy with your resort, both in terms of structures and staff.
I do however have 2 constructive suggestions.
1. Add some room service options on you menu for your all inclusive package......even if its something simple like hot chips. I know I inquired and everything was at an additional charge. Sometimes after a long day, you prefer to just stay in the room for supper if possible.
2. I was very impressed with the handy phones in the rooms. I haven't experienced it at any other hotels and I think its a fantastic service. In my opinion you should mention it more in your hotel marketing. I was unaware of it so I purchased a emtel sim and data at the airport. Had i known I would have waited till the hotel. I would also suggest loading a feature which would allow guests to tether the handy phone to their existing devices for wi-fi purposes. It would mean that guests can continue to use their own devices which would be preferable to a hotel device. While I'm impressed that you have this service, I feel you could leverage it much more to set yourselves after from your competitors even further.
My sister and I had such a wonderful time at your resort and can't wait to return. Please feel free to circulate any future promotions to us as I would love to continue to be a loyal guest at Paul and Virginie
