Séjour très agréable et personnel impeccable. Restauration excellente et décor formidable !

Hotellerie bien . Mais service déplorable !! Nourriture bonne, mais peu d'entrées et de desserts . Temps d'attente au Bar pour avoir des boissons à l'heure de l'apéro midi et soir est très long et peut atteindre 25mn !
Le personnel a besoin de formation et d'un encadrement.
Les demandes et remarques faites à l'accueil ne sont suivies d'effet qu'en réclamant à plusieurs fois...

Bon établissement, les personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients, les buffets sont variés, la propreté des chambres est bonne. Par contre une réfection des parasol de la plage sont à reprendre en urgence risque de blessures au niveau de la tête.

My overall experience was great. It is a really nice hotel with a boutique feel to it. The rooms were great, nice and spacious with comfy beds and pillows, and a good shower. The air con could have been slightly better as it does take a while to cool a room down, however this wasn't a big deal.
The selection of food at the buffet restaurant is very good, and all very tasty. However I would say if you had any vegan or vegetarian guests who didn't eat fish then there wouldn't be much choice for them.
My only other issue was the bar. It is very small for the amount of people that are staying at the hotel so service is slow. They ran out of water several times which isn't great for a 4* hotel in a country where you can't drink the tap water. The restaurant always seemed to have water but the bar staff were unhelpful, I was told to go and ask the restaurant manager myself if I wanted some water. I also don't think the cocktails were up to a 4* standard either, having worked in a cocktail bar for 4 years I know what standard they could easily get up to, I think some more training could be provided.
Other than that I had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend the hotel to anyone.

The staff members are great at what they do , well done to them.
The food wasn't great - with an extremely poor variety. Breakfast was the same everyday, and the eggs smelt terrible.
the most disappointment was at the spa - i will be forwarding an email to my agent in South Africa.

Expérience agreeable et personnel tres agréable

We had a fabulous stay our room was lovely we did book a room with twin beds, however on arrival we had a King size bed which was fine as the bed was so big so we decided we would just share. Our room on book in was also on the ground floor we had requested a first floor room with a balcony. the next day we were moved to a first floor with balcony room and a wonderful view so all good.

Dans tout son ensemble, l'expérience, pour une première, a été des plus concluantes.
Néanmoins, le personnel au niveau du bar me semble insuffisant.
Au restaurant les desserts n'étaient pas assez goûteux.
Le personnel est très souriant, chaleureux et sympathique à tous les niveaux.
Bonne continuation à toute l'équipe.

Reposant et très agréable. L'animation (plage/piscine et mini club) au top, accueil chaleureux, endroit magnifique. Nous avons appréciés nos vacances et reviendrons c'est sure ! Un gros soucis toutefois au niveau de la rapidité au bar. Attendre + de 20 minutes pour 1 jus de fruit... et il manquait un peu de diversité dans les repas proposés. Il n'y avait pas assez de choix et les plats etaient souvent les mêmes !
