satisfaisante. des aménagements pour le service au restaurant devraient permettre d'améliorer l'efficacité des équipes : le vin au verre doit être recherché à l'extrémité du restaurant. De même la facture est très éloignée de la salle. Le personnel n'a pas de desserte pour stocker les assiettes desservies ni pour avoir d'avance des assiettes, verres, couverts ce qui entraîne des difficultés à regarnir les tables après le passage des clients.

Ein sehr gepflegtes, kleineres Hitel, das liebevoll geführt wird. Als Gast wird man auf Händen getragen und die Angestellten erfüllen jeden Wunsch! Komme gerne wieder und werde immer an diese tolle Zeit denken! :-)

Very good experience of accommodation on our first time in Mauritius . I would recommend pads on seats in the restaurant and other areas as chairs not so comfy and cut into legs and thighs. Staff are good on the restaurant, however seem to struggle at busy times and take plates away too early and don't come back to ascertain if you want another drink. The bar staff never seem to be plentiful and when entertainment is on from 9pm and slightly before bar staff do struggle. Entertainment team good but had their favourites. Housemaid Dina for our room was excellent. I would like to recommend her for best employee due to her cleanliness of the room and also the fantastic towel decorations each and everyday and so special for my Birthday including a cake made from towels and a lovely handwritten note. Reception staff were fine but felt very rushed on walk around of the hotel even on the next day after arrival. A lot of areas not really explained such as towels and need for a card which we were not given for example and where to take them back too and at what times.

All in all we made our holiday great for ourselves.

We would like to thank everyone at the hotel for making it so special for us, the beach dinner was fantastic and the two lads in the entertainment team Alvina & Shemi made the holiday fun so thank you guys
