Super mit ein paar Makeln die sich aber leicht korrigieren können! Auch Schade war, dass die Kommunikation auf der Webpage nicht aktualisiert wurde, somit dachten wir, es gäbe eine Möglichkeit unser Elektroauto aufzuladen. Wir haben das Hotel extra deswegen ausgewählt. Wenn dies durch Corona nicht erstellt wurde, muss dies sofort angepasst werden! Ist in ein paar Minuten erledigt und man hat zufriedenere Gäste:)

Quando si chiedono certe cifre per una camera bisogna essere anche completamente professionali per la qualità del servizio e dei prodotti offerti anche per fare un semplice aperitivo

Nonostante le sia parsa insufficiente la qualità dei nostri prodotti e del nostro servizio, solitamente molto apprezzato, la ringrazio per il commento che prenderemo sicuramente in considerazione con l'obiettivo di migliorarci sempre di più. Un saluto nella speranza di riaverla qui in Villa.

Very lovely stay. The hotel feels like a large home and we enjoyed the common areas. The pool is beautiful although the system of reserving chairs is a bit confusing in the beginning. The staff were wonderful. We will not hesitate to return.

We love to stay with you but the room was noisy at night and we had to
Open the windows because airco was not cooling well
