Great like last year, we will come back. Only one thing to mention, seems that on Mondays and Tuesdays the staff at the restaurant area is not the permanent one (?). On our first day, traditionally we go to the pool area to have a cocktail at sunset, the only waiter who was servong other guest never came to help us (even if clearly noticed us on the chairs by the pool). Small disapointment, we didn't get our arriva cocktail!
We want to thank you for visiting us once again. We are very happy to read that you have spent some blissful and disconnected days.
On the other hand, we are sorry to read what happened your arrival date and I take the opportunity to apologise. I am going to trasmit it personally to our maitre Mario.
Additionally, we would like to express our warmest regards for your kind comments about the attention of Andrea at restuarant area. She will be delighted to hear about your opinion.
