First of all, thank you for taking your time to let us know your opinion about our treasured Landscape Hotel. We are very happy that you enjoyed our facilities, the view of the Guadalest Valley and the overall relax experience that we offer to each and every one of our guests.

We are sorry about the missunderstanding regarding the receipt upon check out, please verify your email inbox since I sent you all the details. We also are going to review what could happen at restaurant breakfast service since that is not the kind of service we offer to our guest and I take the opportunity to apologize. We take good care of your feedback.

Overall we had a great time and felt very comfortable with our surroundings and friendly staff. The views were amazing and the food was fantastic. We will definitely be back and recommend our family and friends.

Regarding the room, we are sorry that you had that feeling since we make a daily effort to meet the standards of cleanliness and hygiene, in order for you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Regarding the shower, I am afraid this was unnoticed when we supervised the room but in this case, please let us know in order to act since we are 24h at your disposal.
