Una tranquilidad increíble, unas vistas preciosas y el tema de la sostenibilidad me parece genial!!!

Lo malo el pvp. Y detalles que mejorar de atención pero no de los empleados en sí que fueron todos amabilísimos sino de no saber dónde dirigirte cuando llegas a l restaurante etc.., el lounge bar no te explican etc

Satisfactoria. Se echa de menos algún detalle con clientes fieles que llevan desde el inicio del proyecto acudiendo todos los años.

Prácticamente perfecta con un servicio y emplazamiento incomparable. Como puntos a mejorar:
- La sensación que el hotel está en reformas
- El menú de cena no es acorde a la calidad del local. Falta toque premium y sobre todo mejora de cocina.
- Ofrecer más planes para conocer la zona. No hace falta que sean guiados.

Muy buena. Buen servicio y ambiente.
Quizá mejorar el aspecto de la vegetación e información sobre la sostenibilidad e integración del hotel en la zona.

Hemos disfrutado de un entorno maravilloso que ha contribuido a que la experiencia fuera muy buena. El concepto del hotel es original, diferente y sorprendente pero le faltan detalles que se esperan para la categoría del hotel y su precio.

Experiencia fantástica. Ha superado nuestras expectativas. Las piscinas con vistas, la comida, el personal super amable... y qué decir de nuestra habitación. Alojarnos en una de las villas fue un acierto. Nunca olvidaremos estas vacaciones.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The location and service was great and we were able to disconnect and relax. I would definitely recommend vivood!

I was quite disappointed with the vegan menu. I asked in advance if it‘s possible to eat vegan and the hotel said they had lots of vegan options available and it wasn‘t gonna be a problem. I asked again once we arrived and again they said sure!! For dinner there were just 3 different meals available, I stayed for one whole week so it was a bit little. Also the meals available were not complete, balanced meals. No protein was included. Just vegetables, which is not really enough for such a long time. There was one meal on the snack bar menu that included tofu, so I asked to have that or get the tofu on top of another meal but the hotel had no tofu during our whole stay..
Since the hotel advocated they had vegan options and for the price we payed, I expected something more!
