O Hotel para pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade, é péssimo. Tem uma grande rampa desde o parque de estacionamento e depois uma escada exterior com 15 degraus até à receção.

Caro hóspede, você pode estacionar diretamente em frente ao hotel a qualquer momento para carga e descarga e existe a possibilidade de acesso sem barreiras ao nosso elevador, obviamente você não foi suficientemente informado sobre isso - desculpe. Atenciosamente, Silke Vormann
