Friendly Family hotel, with nice view. Good breakfast.

Im Restaurant sehr bemüht, aber nicht professionell (musste Servicekraft darauf hinweisen, dass zum Brot ein Handtuch gehört, damit man es beim Abschneiden nicht mit den Händen anfasst). Bei einigen Servicekräften gab es Verständnisschwierigkeiten aufgrund von Sprachproblemen.
Insgesamt fehlt die Professionalität: man musste am Pool / an der Sauna nach Handtüchern fragen; beim Check-In keine Bezugnahme auf meine Wünsche, die ja per Email abgefragt wurde - ich bekam erst auf Nachfrage beim Zimmerservice einen kaputten Bademantel der Größe S, und bei der Matratze konnte ich nicht entscheiden, ob es tatsächlich eine weiche und härtere Seite gab; Terminabsprache für die Wellnessbehandlung über WhatsApp, die dann nicht eingehalten wurde und erst last-minute erfolgte; beim Check-Out keine Nachfrage, ob es mir gefallen hat, oder das Wünschen einer gute Fahrt.
Das Zimmer selbst hatte Wartehallencharakter, kein richtiger Schreibtisch vorhanden (kleinere Tischchen vor den Zusatzbetten, die ich als Alleinreisende natürlich brauchte); keine Fernsehsender eingestellt ( der Koch scannte dann auf Nachfrage die Sender, die dann nur analog verfügbar waren). Mein Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer (Zimmer 3 direkt über dem Restaurant) war nur aufgrund der Tatsache, dass Winter ist, genüge getan, da die Außenterasse zur Zeit geschlossen ist. Allerdings Donnerstag Mittag kam ich dann in den Genuss von lauter Faschingsmusik ....
Das Essen schien mir nicht frisch zubereitet, sondern mit Hilfe von convenience-Produkten zubereitet: Schweinemedaillons in Champigninrahmsoße wies genau drei Chamipnons auf, die nicht frisch waren, und Rahm war maximal in Spuren vorhanden, dazu gab es stark frittierte Kroketten. Am zweiten Abend wählte ich den Fisch, der tranig schmeckte. Bei der Soße neige dazu, diese ebenfalls als Tiefkühlprodukt zu identifizieren. Eine Bekannte bestellte eine Gemüsebeilage und der Koch, der extra dazu an den Tisch geholt wurde, bestätigte, dass es ein Tiefkühlprodukt war.
Insgesamt war ich von meinen Wellnesstage für das Geld enttäuscht.

Prima eenvoudig hotel. Personeel, jongeren, moet het vak nog leren.

Votre retour sur le restaurant est important pour nous. Nous accordons une grande importance aux ingrédients de haute qualité, frais et autant que possible régionaux, afin d’offrir à nos clients une expérience culinaire authentique. Néanmoins, nous cherchons constamment à améliorer notre offre et notre service. Votre remarque concernant la carte des desserts nous aide à mieux adapter nos processus aux attentes de nos clients.

Vos suggestions pour le petit-déjeuner sont également précieuses. Nous allons étudier comment élargir notre sélection de plats chauds et de confitures pour proposer une expérience encore plus variée.

Wij hebben een heel mooie vakantie gehad. Het hotel is rustig gelegen en we konden vollop genieten van de natuur.

Onze omgeving biedt enkele van de mooiste wandelroutes in de regio, van de spectaculaire rotsformaties van Müllerthal tot de Grüne Hölle, die in 2024 werd uitgeroepen tot de op één na mooiste wandelroute van Duitsland. Direct vanuit het hotel kunt u deze unieke landschappen ontdekken en onvergetelijke natuurmomenten beleven.
