The hotel itself to look at is very magical and feels very magical. The staff at reception were friendly and the staff in the cafe at reception were great. The staff in the restaurant and bar however made you feel so unwelcome and we were shouted at by the bald waiter/barman a number of times while we tried to order food. There were 2 tables sitting in the restaurant and we waited over 40 minutes to order our food - when we finally managed to get a reply from him he screamed at us there was too many people! Ordering a drink at the bar took 30 + minutes, because the barman ignored you, despite not serving anyone. We witnessed lots of customers get the same frosty experience while trying to get in the restaurant with their reservation. Also, there was an unsavory drunken character with a broken arm who was hanging around the hotel, a friend of the barman, who kept approaching females to ask if they spoke polish and would stand in your face which was very uncomfortable.

Na krótki pobyt tak do 3-5 dni jak najbardziej ok, dłużej może być trochę nudno

Bardzo dobre miejsce na wypoczynek, urokliwie i cicho. Bardzo miło się zwiedzało zamek i spacerowało po urokliwych alejkach i lesie. Polecam zwiedzanie zamku Pan oprowadzający jest do tego stworzony. Super podziękowania za pobyt
