J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et le service que j'ai reçu. La chambre était propre et l'hôtel bien tenu.

Great location. Very quite and small. Staff was very friendly! Elevator works. Room was too small, touilet door need to be fixed, makes weird loud noises. Hair dryer is very old and don’t dry hair quickly. It was easy to find and close to metro straion.

très bonne expérience, un hôtel comme nous n'en n'avions plus trouvé depuis longtemps! Avec le charme d'une époque révolue et son mobilier "vintage". Pour les inconditionnels des chaînes d'hôtels aseptisées de charme et d'ambiance: s'abstenir!!!
On reviendra, c'est sûr!

We stayed for only one night at Zazie Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well located: it is a 10-minute walk to the Gare de Lyon and the metro station "Reuilly-Diderot" is really just around the corner. The real plus of this hotel is the excellent breakfast buffet! A larger smile at the reception would have been welcome...
