Pre-visit emails were helpful and responses to my questions were received promptly - just wish we'd taken your advice on booking the restaurant!
All the staff we met were very helpful and keen to do that bit extra that maked all the difference.
This is not a luxury hotel, this is a clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay in the centre of Paris.
