L'experience fut tres positive. La barriere linquistique semble creer quelques tensions au sein de votre equipe, qué Les clients peuvent ressentir. Peut-etre qué davantage de sensibilisation a la gestion inter-culturelle pourrait aider?

Nous intégrons en effet plusieurs non francophones dans nos équipes et parfois c'est difficile même avec des formations à l'interculturalité et aussi beaucoup de formations linguistiques. A bientôt.

Way below average. The room was clean, the shower head was poor and there was mold in the shower. The reception and check in process was extremely poor.
