I enjoyed our first stay at the hotel but when my baby got sick and we were not able to stay the second reservation the hotel would not refund me for the rooms (we did not stay in!) I find this terrible customer service from a "world class hotel".

Dear Ms. Lewis, We appreciate you taking the time to review our services.

Unfortunately, we did not receive any written justification that would allow us to request authorization for a cancellation without charge. For this reason, although the penalty came for the two nights of the two rooms, in an effort to support him, only one night of each room was charged.

We assure you that we always seek to support our guests and clients to the best of our ability.
