Quinta Real is an exceptional hotel. The hotel itself has so much culture. Every team member we encountered they provided incredible customer service. We Will be returning soon.

cuando hice mi reserva no use la tarifa de boda de Ariam y Gibran pague una tarifa mucho mas cara para tener una habitación mas grande lo cual estaba super pequeña la habitación . Cuando llegue al hotel les informe que tendría que salir 2 días antes por un fallecimiento de una amiga . me dijeron en el lobby que no me podrían rembolsar los días ya que había pagado la reserva con tiempo. Es por estos motivos que doy esta calificación .

We loved Oaxaca and our stay at the Quinta Real and plan to come back. Two suggestions, though, more hooks to hang towels and clothing. Also an extension cord with outlets to charge phones. Muchas mychas gracias!
