Our overall experience was pleasant. The bathroom was tight on space. I had to keep my cosmetics on the desk. I would love to see a woman in one of the desk positions upfront. Couldn't help but noticing it was all male. They were great with the restaurant recommendations. The hotel helped us hire a guide to take us out of the city but told us we would have to pay in pesos. We did not have to pay in pesos, we could use a credit card. Lastly, the concierges knew nothing about admission to the Ethnobotanical garden which is nearby. We had to investigate on our own.

Fantastic stay. Loved our stay at Quinta Real. One of our best stays ever. The hotel is so pretty with flowers everywhere, felt like we stayed in a garden. We spent an afternoon in the beautiful pool and walked around Oaxaca for 3 days. Always felt great coming back to the room.
