The hotel is beautiful, the service impeccable and friendly. Everyone from concierge to cleaners was wonderful.

Sentimientos mixtos, por un lado la atencion que me brindaron fue eficiente, pero a la vez no me senti muy apreciado por estar del lado joven de los huespedes. No se si es porque va puro señor retirado gringo o mexicano. Por otro lado fueron muy empaticos ya que fue a buscar mi tarjeta de credito al jardin etnobotanico que perdi en una boda y llegue tarde para el checkout y se apiadaron de mi en el cobro por unas horas, lo cual me dejo muy feliz con la atencion. Mi suite inicial 102 fue un poco problematica por la musica del restaurante y la jardineria a las tempranas horas de dia, pero me cambiaron a un habitacion igual del otro lado de hotel rapidamente, lo cual tambien me dejo contento. En fin, muchas gracias por todo y sigan con su camino al exito

Excellent. Would stay here again now that I know which rooms to pick. The Quinta Real and Hotels.com sites were confusing in terms of what the size, category/level, amenities, and location the rooms were was the prices listed. I was in three rooms of different price categories and they were all mostly the same.

Great Hotel. Did not eat there as prices seemed kind of high, same with the drinks.
