Una estadía maravillosa!!! La ubicación no podría ser mejor. La arquitectura del edificio es una joya y aunque es un edificio antiguo, todos los servicios son de primera: el agua caliente de excelente presión en la regadera, el aire acondicionado, la pequeña cafetera, son algunos ejemplos.
Pero lo mejor de todo fue el servicio personal que recibimos. El señor Marco Caballero en especial, contestó una gran cantidad de preguntas que le hice durante meses antes de mi estadía. Me recomendó un gran guía/transporte y se esmeró para asegurar que tuviéramos todo lo necesario para un gran viaje.
Recomiendo el Hotel Quinta Real Oaxaca con toda sinceridad y aprecio.

It’s a 5 star hotel. We should have been able to charng money or charge services to our rooms. Our room was just ok.
Bathroom too small and tub seemed dirty .

Overall excellent. Staff are fantastic. As mentioned, you should overhaul your food offering. Really poor given the wonderful produce available and exciting cuisine tho be found in Mexico generally. if you could improve this , the hotel would be perfect and commercially would attract more visits from both people staying in the hotel and others.
