Excelente. Las habitaciones, las instalaciones! Miguel en recepción es lo máximo. De verdad, por el nuestra experiencia fue tan linda. Ademas de todos sus compañeros, Miguel estaba siempre a la orden con las mejores recomendaciones!

UNA COSA MALA: en nuestra habitación, escuchábamos el treadmill en el gimnasio a la par. Recomiendo poner el treadmill al otro lado del gimnasio así la habitación no escuchara el pum pum pum del tradmill

Wonderful hotel. My only complaint :
We booked through Booking.com
I received email requests from Quinta Real a week before check in for credit card info My bank and booking.com both said this was phishing . I ignored all other emails from Quinta Real because I didn’t trust them. I cancelled my credit card because Quinta Real was hacked. A big inconvenience. My stay was then cancelled. I frequently use booking.com and this is not how the app works. I eventually called Camino real hotels directly and made a new reservation.
Quinta Real via booking.com has been hacked. No effort to correct the problem. That is why I cannot fully recommend the hotel..

Good experience and a beautiful hotel. I was only disappointed with the noise from the ventilation system, which for a strange reasin is from the hotel kitchens. It woke me up during the night. This is not consistente with the Quality of your hotel and would make us hesitate staying here again.
