First time visiting Oaxaca and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I was visiting for a friend's wedding at the hotel. Staff was wonderful and the rooms were great. The pool was amazing.

Fue muy bueno. La única sugerencia sería que en restaurant tengan frijoles sin epazote y opciones vegetarianas.

It was terrific. Plan on returning in the future! There were only a couple of things to mention that could have been better. 1) We did not use the safe in the hotel room. There were 2 occasions when the door to the safe was closed/locked. Perhaps by the maid? We never locked it closed. Contacted reception after the first episode as we did not want to be charged. 2) We are accustomed to free coffee in the hotel room. This is an amenity that is common in the USA and in other countries. So, you might consider providing coffee free of charge.
