The best parts of the hotel were the staff, and the historic building and landscape. The location was great. The room was nice but ordinary. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. Te bathroom was OK but the shower head was very weak making it difficult to rinse soap out of hair. We appreciated that the room was clean and fairly quiet. Typically a suite usually has a sitting area and is larger than just a room. Suite 247 was really more of a room not a suite. Having a sofa doesn't make a room a suite!

We had our wedding there and everything was perfect. Everyone went above and beyond our expectations in terms of service. Big shout out to Max and Jorge who were fabulous. We had the best few days there
