Excelente a reserva que me cobraron unas galletas del servibar que no tomamos yo habia comprado las mismas galletas a mis hijos vieron la bolsa vacia y la cobraron.

Overal enjoyed the stay because we got upgraded to a small
Suite and the Houskeeping staff was very sweet. The front desk staff was average and the concierge tried to make money off of us by selling us a taxi double the price we arranged ourselves. Restaurant staff first breakfast very nice second day not good. The hostess even said it’s not my job…. Overall we enjoyed but many people in our group felt value for money was not there aas the rate was too high for what you got. Also the bellman upon arrival when I declined assistance with luggage gave a very negative attitude as he realized there were. I tips to be made. Cancellation policy too restricted, 25 days in advance is too long as a lot can happen in 25 days
