We booked our room with a wedding room block and the only rooms available were double bed rooms even though king rooms were supposed to be in the block. The rate posted at check in was less expensive than what we were charged. While it was a nice hotel, we didn’t have shampoo in our bathroom for the first two days and felt overcharged for the level of service we received. I also know that you did not honor the room block and the bride and groom were very upset with the service provided to the guests.

It was a very relaxing long weekend except one fact which spoiled our experience. We did not appreciate the hotel denying pool access to hotel guests from 13:00 till 19:00 on Sunday May 28th. We were simply notified that we, hotel guests, (who chose the hotel because of the location and pool) can not use it because of an event at the pool. No vouchers, discounts or simple drinks were offered to compensate this inadmissible action.

Most of the hotel was occupied by a wedding during my stay. Amenities such as the pool or gym were closed due to these events.

I had booked a room with a breakfast package by mistake and was told at check in I could not drop the package. How to redeem the breakfast benefit was not explained, and I ordered using a card placed on my bed, incurring an additional charge.

If you allow us, we would like to make a reimbursement of the unused services, specifically the breakfast included in your room rate, and the room service wrongly charged. In order to this we will need the following information:
• American Express Card number used to pay your bill (for security reasons, our system does not hold this information after checking out)
As soon as we receive the information, we will make the credit and send you the receipt.
