Nuestro coordinador en sitio Adrid Aquino Regalado estuvo algo ausente, no hubo ese seguimiento al que regularmente provee Quinta Real. El cobro fué casi inmediato pero aún no envían la comisión después de 22 días.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there was a number of things that detracted from our stay. Given the high price of the hotel, we would have expected more. Some examples were:
- Room cleaning. Irias did an amazing job. Other cleaners were nowhere near as good and consistent
- Pool cleaning. There were almost always flowers from the tree in the pool and they were rarely cleaned. On one occasion, I removed some flowers from the pool, and the pool attendant sweeped them back in!
- The arm rests of two pool chairs were broken and kept falling off.
- Constant noise keeping us from enjoying the pool. When there wasn't an event on, staff were tearing down and building up for different events, and testing sound equipment at loud levels, without even closing the doors

We had a great time and liked the hotel. We didn't love the two weddings that took place during our stay though. The noise from them at night was loud.
