Most of the hotel was occupied by a wedding during my stay. Amenities such as the pool or gym were closed due to these events.

I had booked a room with a breakfast package by mistake and was told at check in I could not drop the package. How to redeem the breakfast benefit was not explained, and I ordered using a card placed on my bed, incurring an additional charge.

It was a wonderful weekend where we enjoyed the wedding with our friends. Everyone at the hotel was service oriented so whatever you needed they could help with. This was my first visit to Oaxaca so it was a great experience.
