El hotel en general es hermoso, cómodo y muy bien situado. El equipo de trabajo es muy amable y servicial. Nuestro único comentario es que el televisor en la habitación es muy anticuado (no hay manera de usar un teléfono privado para ver programación en la pantalla) y no hay programación del hotel (HBO, Netflix etc.). Gracias!

The Quinta Real stay was perhaps the best place I have ever stayed. All aspects of our visit were beyond expectations. We would not have had the wonderful experience without Carlos Cortez, the concierge. He helped us in so many ways each day! The waitstaff in the restaurant were gracious and attentive. Each morning Claudia was there for us at breakfast. And, most days as we ate breakfast, we loved checking out the funny socks the gentleman at the table across from us wore. Made us smile. This was the best experience ever. This place was beautiful! From the moment we arrived we were greeted and welcomed from the front desk, all the services workers, were all fantastic! What an amazing experience!!! Highly recommend this hotel! Such a sight to see!
