Extraordinario servicio, el lugar muy bonito y bien mantenido pero poco accesible (carriola, escaleras estrechas, pasillos cerrados por eventos, etc)

The pillows are very hard, I recommend that you offer different types from soft to hard and let the guest use the preffered one. The music in the restaurant starts too early on Saturdays.

El agua de la regadera cuando me estaba bañando se ponía fría de repente, es un hotel muy caro y debería ser impecable el servicio, la temperatura del agua para bañarse es algo elemental
