Experience was spoiled due to water situation in hotel. The water provided in the room was not sufficient - not even enough for someone to brush their teeth twice a day. When asking for extra water we were charged excessively.
As a result we spent no further money in the bar or restaurant - we could have had drinks, lunches and dinner at the hotel - instead we went elsewhere. The hotel missed out on a lot of money we could have spent, all because we were so upset by the price of water.

This was the second time staying at the hotel, and it felt the service felt even better than the last time. The staff was very accommodating and friendly!

Es un hotel extraordinario, bellísimo, con servicios de primera y un restaurante que aunque me parecieron elevados los precios tiene una excelente calidad. Solo tuve un pequeño problema en la habitación 242 y es que tiene fuga de agua y se hace un charco en el baño, entre el inodoro y la bañera, el tapete siempre estaba mojado.
