We loved the hotel and found it charming. But it would have been nice to have feather pillows and not to be woken up so early with music, especially on new years day. Also, the rooms were dark and would be improved by better overhead lighting.

the hotel looks a little tired, perhaps my room especially so. some refreshing in order. miguel my concierge was helpful and extremely pleasant. housekeeping teriffic!
