We had stayed at the hotel 30 years ago! It was great then and has remained GREAT!

es un excelente localidad y ubicación. los meseros atienden muy bien. las personas de recepcion en general, son amables pero nada fuera de serie. creo que sobrevaloran el local y la ubicación, cuando ya hay más opciones en la zona y mas nuevas y mejor servicio personalizado. las tarifas para la plaza se me hacen excesivas. por ejemplo, el QR Mty tiene tarifas mucho mas bajas y es muy comparable, incluso por negocios debería ser mas alta.

Le falta estacionamiento incluido, desayuno incluido, fruta en la habitación, es muy incomodo las habitaciones de arriba. Muchas escaleras para llegar, el baño muy viejo

Excellent accommodations. The beautiful hotel had character and classic Oaxacan feel. The staff was attentive, gracious, and accommodating to all of our needs. Highly recommend!
