no tienen estacionamiento para vehículos de clientes y no me han enviado factura cuando quedaron de enviarla al hacer check out

Good, except 3 things: (1) you have to improve the bathrooms..shower controls are difficult to opeate, plumbing makes noise at night, I can smell the sewer. (2) fitness room needs improvment. Some of the equipment doesn't work. You need a bench and (3) to agressive about charging for everything. For example, when you pay $35 for breakfast buffet and somebody want coca ola instead of coffee, you should not charge for it. I asked for coffee to go at checkout (4 nights for $1400 !!), and I was charged an extra $5 for my paper cup of coffee . Does cost the hotel ANYTHING, no cleaning or anything. It feels wrong and insulting, terrible. This is my 4th time at the hotel and probably next time I will go somewhere else.

It is a lovely hotel and so convenient for Oaxaca. My only moan is that a wedding was held here on one night and the noise from the wedding was really loud and disturbed our sleep. Apart from that it is a really beautiful hotel.

Todo el personal en el hotel ha sido muy amable ,y dedicado para hacer unas vacaciones inolvidables en la gran ciudad de Oaxaca. Desde el gerente general hasta los asistentes de alberca y cuarto están dedicados a atender a todos los huéspedes . Les agradezco muchísimo su hospitalidad en nuestra estancia. Los felicito mucho!!!! son excelentes!!!!
