The location is lovely and hotel is gorgeous. I think you could improve your accessible services - there very few hand rails for going up and down the stairs. I chose a room on the first floor (I was offered a ground floor room but found it quite musty). However going up stairs with handrails can be difficult for ages or people with disability.
