Very good. We would like to come back. Only thing older bathroom and busy pool with noisy people sometimes.

Carlos was great! Very helpful and everyone was friendly at hotel, our rooms were cleaned and refreshed twice a day. Love it

Loved the hotel and ambience and service. One small issue. Surprised we were in a room where my tall husband had to duck every time he went from bedroom to bathroom. Other rooms had more headroom.

Our five nights here have been fantastic!
The customer service is the best I have ever experienced from a hotel!
Special touches like little desserts waiting for us when we would return in the evening, constant replacement of bottled water, live guitar music in the mornings to drink coffee by, and the loveliest of gardens in the many courtyards and the friendliest staff!

Location is amazing. However we travelled with our one year old and were given a room in the 2nd floor, a couple of times we had help from the staff to carry our Stoller up/down but most of the time it was me or my husband alone and it was very uncomfortable. It would have been nice to be offered a room on the first floor. In addition, service in the pool area was terrible. It was very complicated to get menus, order food, get our food in time (few staff and barely paying attention). In one occasion I asked for a high chair for my baby, that was brough an hour later (so we had finished our meal). Food can be improved also, it was ok, so for the most part we opted to eat out. Finally, it is awkward that there is always staff talking in the main entrance, we had to ask polite to have space to use the ramp for the stroller.
