We had a wonderful time. The hotel is comfortable and welcoming. The location is superb. Good wifi. The concierge made our dinner reservations and connected us with a very good tour guide. A great base from which to enjoy Oaxaca.

The experience was terrible. I had a very bad situation with the housekeepers and when I went to complain the front desk staff were terrible. Only Ana Maria was nice. The general manager was completely disrespectful and made sexist comments to me. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Also- the bathrooms need a complete overhaul- it’s gross that the toilets are next to the showers with no separation other than a cheap shower curtain you would find at the holiday inn.
