Overall Experience was excellent, disappointing that The Hotel did not reduce my room rates. When I had multiple guest not to arrive to Hotel due to Flight cancellations. I had to Paid Full price, Full rates, for empty rooms.
My Daughter’s wedding was held there at The Hotel was an Amazing experience! We reserved many rooms. So I do not understand why I could not get some sort of Reduced Rate for empty rooms. And perhaps offer an explanation, refund, rebate. Few of our guest did get discounts, but I did not. That was the only disappointing part of our trip! Hotel was Excellent!!

The premises are beautiful. The pool is amazing and luxury Good time and great service. Only that when it came to the room was very small and uncomfortable to walk for two people. The bathroom very old and small
Last year I was here I got a much more nicer room. This is not nice
