Very good. Checkout could have been better and smoother. Don't tell the customer to come back for checkout. Get more credit card readers. Have the right response for the customer, such as: I am sorry to inconvenience you at this time... we are experiencing technical difficulties or the like. Would you like to return to your room and we will come to you when the problem/situation is fixed?
