We loved the actual physical site and old building but the service and facilities were only mediocre. The hotel really needs to upgrade the bathrooms and public spaces.

We had such a wonderful time and loved the hotel in every way. I want to let you know that Farith at the front desk was so helpful to me before, during and after our stay. He was just GREAT! So nice and willing to help us with many reservations and suggestions, including returning earrings that I left in my room.
