Welcoming,/requested a room change and was promptly accomodated, Javier was outstanding in helping with arrange oyr excersions and restaurante recomendación, housekeepibg was excellent as well

The staff was friendly and extraordinarily solicitous. They helped us finding guides, shopping, making reservations. All in all it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Experiencia en general muy buena, aunque precio / calidad comparado con otros hoteles y restaurantes, están caros.

Very good. We would like to come back. Only thing older bathroom and busy pool with noisy people sometimes.

Carlos was great! Very helpful and everyone was friendly at hotel, our rooms were cleaned and refreshed twice a day. Love it
