The Quinta Real is one of the loveliest and most charming hotels we’ve ever visited. The service was impeccable and friendly. The hotel is so beautiful and historic with an amazing view wherever you look. The Friday night dinner and fiesta such a delightful finale for our first visit to Oaxaca. Thank you.

Muy buena, entiendo que es un monumento histórico y no se puede modificar pero el baño muy chico y la cama ocupa casi toda la habitación, incomoda la habitación por reducida

Según mi experiencia en viajes, un hotel de cinco estrellas no puede permitirse tener reglas durante el hospedaje como por ejemplo, que si la caja fuerte por lo que fuera se bloquea el cliente tiene que pagar un extra de 20 $ tienendo un servicio de mantenimiento en el Hotel del cual ya está incluido en la tarifa. Tampoco es de recibo que se incluya en la tarifa del hotel solo 2 claves de acceso a la wifi, eso lo puedo entender en un hotel modesto no en un hotel de la calidad del vuestro. Muchas gracias.
