Fabulous hotel in a gret location, the rooms and the hotel are very characterfull and the staff are very helpful.

Would Have Preferred Room Near Lobby
Did Not Realize Pool Area Thru Old Chapel…Not as Convenient

Pasamos un tiempo increible en su hotel, lo unico es que nuestra habitación esta muy cerca a los salones de eventos, que durante nuestra estadia empezaban a trabajar muy temprano y hasta muy tarde

Estamos muy agradecido por su preferencia y el tiempo dedicado en llenar nuestra encuesta que nos sígnala nuestras fallas y áreas de oportunidad. Nos permite elaborar las acciones precisas y necesarias para incrementar el bien estar y satisfacción de nuestros huéspedes. Vamos a tener más cuidado con el ruido proviniendo de los montajes de los eventos que se realizan dentro de nuestras instalaciones para no interferir en el descanso y tranquilidad de nuestros huéspedes

Restaurante buffet rio expensive

Hotel condition specially the rooms need an upgrade, specially for the amount charged for each room per night. Better value for money around.
