So central and convenient. We were charmed by the gorgeous hotel and its friendly staff.

Overall it was as expected. However the Christmas dinner was disappointing. The check in process was unorganized, nobody knew what was going on. We had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. The food was lackluster and hardly worth the price. We felt ripped off. The entertainment was also mediocre. Everything just felt as if it were hastily put together and without thought. It just did not feel like Christmas at all sadly.
