El hotel es lindo pero 6,000 mxn la noche por la habitación que tuve se me hizo un exceso pues no tiene nada extraordinario, al contrario por lo viejo de los baños el escusado hace mucho ruido como 15 min después de que lo usas, es por la presión de agua acumulada. La regadera sale un chorrito y es incomoda para bañar. Lo demás bien aunque si se ven viejas las habitaciones. El personal muy amable!

lovely front area staff. In the restaurant and all items over priced, little options and poor quality.
My second stay and had same issues last time: the linen chests in the halls bang and echo loudly each time they close so in the morning we were woken each day about 8am. I expect to use my vacation to catch up on rest. for over $600cdn per night I would expect higher quality. Go in the Summer it isn’t so grounded. My room last stay for one person was larger and cheaper than the room with two doubles, very claustrophobic. When I inquired at front desk I was told I was wrong and they could show me my last room and they couldn’t move me anyways. No coffee maker in roof until last two days of 6 day stay. Even with do not disturb on staff still entered the room for turndown and to leave random snacks. Could be better items left.

Terrific! Beautiful hotel, ambiance by the pool, gorgeous flowers outside our room. My only issue was the bathrooms need updating. Other than that, room was spacious and comfortable, And loved the continental breakfast!!

Excellent. Excellent location and beautiful rooms, grounds and pool. Staff was helpful with coffee for our room and water at the bar. Staff helped us call our airline and booked a taxi for early am airport drive. Overall, incredibly helpful.

We feel the hotel needs a complete refurb which needs to be done sensitively due to the historic nature of the building, sadly because of this we could not recommend it in its present state.

Disappointed. This could have been so good as the hotel is beautiful and well located. But the service was not anywhere near as good as we have experienced elsewhere on our journey in Mexico. Making false charges on our invoice, including someone adding a fake tip to a bill was an embarrassing and saddening end to our stay.

When these charges were removed from your individual invoice, the service charge remained.
