Fine. We had just come from three days at the Casa Oaxaca and the service was so familiar and warm and personal that it might be unfair to compare. Quinta Real felt like a very impersonal yet professional hotel/service.
First of all, I want to thank you for staying at Quinta Real Oaxaca and for taking the time to let us know about your experiences throughout your stay.
