The hotel is magnificent. The attention to detail is impressive. All the staff except Jose at receptuon were courteous and helpful.

Estuvimos muy poco tiempo basicamente llegamos a dormir y nos fuimos despues de desayunar a las 12, pero cuando hicimos el check in la actitud de la persona que nos atendio fue hasta ruda exigiendo la identificacion de las cuatro personas que ibamos, ademas al entrar habia 3 bell boys platicando y ninguno se acerco ni a ayudarnos con las maletas ni para acompañarnos a los cuartos, salimos a cenar y regresamos alrededor de la 1:30 encontramos la puerta cerrada y se tardaron 4 minutos en abrirnos la puerta, le preguntamos a la persona que nos abrio donde podia dejar el coche y me contesto que donde pudiera, sin dar una explicacion clara y Con un trato muy poco amable, el check out fue bastante agil y la persona que nos atendio muy amable.

Excellent in overall terms The limitation of the Wifi to two devices was irritating. We were disappointed in the fact that the information as to access to the Calipso gym was out of date and did not find the very small gym in the hotel an adequate substitute.
