Desgraciadamente no pudimos descansar en el cuarto, en las noches demasiado ruido y en el dia queriamos tomar siesta de lo cansados que estabamos y empezaba el mariachi a tocar.

Falta un poco de atencion, no cuentan con estacionamientos, lo que dicen no lo cumplen, como el desalluno, que me dijeron que me daban cuando se hizo la reserba y a la mera hora me lo negaron, esto no me gusto, el baño sale el agua fria, como que le falta mantenamiento.

We had a terrific experience at Quinta Real. We were there for 9 days, for a family wedding. Our suite was beautiful, cleaned immaculately every day, and the personal service we received was always excellent. I bothered the front desk with alot of questions, since I had many wedding details to take care of, and the staff was always warm and courteous, and took care of every question or issue I had immediately (where can I get the wedding dress steamed?, where can I get another suitcase?, how can I have gift bags delivered?, can you help me arrange a tour outside town for wedding gusts?, etc., etc.) And the hotel is so beautiful and elegant - it made every day special, not just for us, but for our many guests, who adored staying there. In particular, Dalia Hernandez Pacheco and Mabel Roman were of immense help to me and so delightful to work with. We look forward to returning to the hotel at our earliest opportunity - we are smitten!
